Refunds can be accepted with a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, un-knitted or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@unravelled.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Beautiful knit

Beautiful wool and love the style! This is def an intermediate knit, I had to get my mum to do it for me as I struggled knitting with the texture of this wool (I’m prob more of a beginner!).

It’s a very oversized fit (which I love) but we found the arms were massively long and had to fix them as they were about 20cms past my wrist! I’m a size ten and knitted the size small.

knitting again after a 32 year gap

I had given away all my excess wool, needles etc but was drawn to you on facebook, wonderful website ladies, and I was inspired to take up knitting once more. The kit was the perfect fit and with the help of a dear friend I began. It is the calmness I feel and remembering knitting for hours with my gran who was an awesome knitter. Halfway up the back so beginning to take shape.

Thank you excellent product to begin again.
