Orders are dispatched from or New Zealand or Australia warehouses within 2 days of ordering. Your order will be delivered via your local postal services. To track your order, enter your order number in to our 'Track Your Order' page.

Shipping Times
NZ → 2-7 days, FREE standard shipping in NZ on orders over $350

AUS → 5-7 days standard or 3-7 days DHL express, FREE standard shipping in Aus on orders over $350 (does not include DHL express).

CA → 3-5 days DHL Express

Rest of World → 10-28 days standard or 7-14 days express

Refunds can be accepted with a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, un-knitted or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@unravelled.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
