I have named this Essential Blanket my Therapy Blanket because my beautiful 42 year old daughter passed away suddenly 4 months ago and I found getting back into either crocheting or easy knitting was therapeutic for me. I have loved every stitch of this thus far, and I’ve cried many tears too, however it’s been just wonderful doing this for me personally. Thank you Unravelled! 🌺

I am an experienced knitter and bought this kit to make for my friend. The colors remind us of our alma mater in Michigan (#GoBlue), and I decided to make it for her. I am only about six rows in, but I have to say how much I love it, and I know I will be making more of them. The yarn is gorgeous, the colors are stunning, and I know that my friend will love this. I really enjoyed knitting this blanket - a birthday present for my son. Although it’s a very simple stitch, the Uno wool gives it a lovely definition. And it’s so easy to knit. I love the bamboo knitting needles and thanks also for the video guides. I’ve got the knitting bug again and now need another project!!

Loved knitting the blanket. It’s finished and ready to give to my daughter. I blocked it today and a certain member of the family decided to sit on it while it was finished being blocked. Don’t blame him it’s so soft. His name is Jessie and now I’m going to knit one for him. Maybe baby blanket size. He’s 15 years old.
