To be able to provide customers with the full Unravelled experience, our patterns are sold exclusively with our knitting kits.

Many of our customers have been completely new to knitting and say our kits have been a great place to start.

For beginners, we recommend checking out our 'Beginner' or 'Easy' Knit Kit categories from our menu.

We've got plenty of follow along tutorials here on our YouTube channel. Each week we're working on more helpful knitting tutorials.

We also recommend you check out our awesome Facebook group which is full of helpful knitters here. If you post a photo with your question, there's always someone who is happy to help.

All of the yarn we source is eco-friendly and biodegradeable. We do our best to use as much recyclable packaging as possible.

Shipping & Returns

Refunds can be accepted with a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Worldwide Shipping - 100% Tracked
Orders are dispatched from Waihi within 3 days of ordering. Your order will be delivered via your local postal services. To track your order, enter your order number in to our 'Track Your Order' page.

Shipping Times
NZ → 2-5 days
AUS → 7-14 days standard or 3-7 days DHL express
Rest of World → 10-28 days standard or 7-14 days express

We currently ship worldwide and have DHL Express available! Orders are dispached from our warehouse within 3 days.

Shipping costs vary on weight and size of your order. Exact costs will be calculated at the checkout.
