Are your kits beginner friendly?
Many of our customers have been completely new to knitting and say our kits have been a great place to start. For beginners, we recommend checking out our 'Easy Knit Kits' category from our menu.

What if I need help to complete my project?
We recommend you check out our awesome Facebook group which is full of helpful knitters. If you post a photo with your question, there's always someone who is happy to help.

How long will shipping take?
All orders are dispatched within 3 days from our store in New Zealand. Typical shipping times are below.
NZ → 2-5 days
AUS → 7-14 days standard or 3-7 days express
Rest of World → 10-28 days standard or 7-14 days express
Your order can be tracked directly on our website via the 'Track My Order' page.

Can I get just the knitting pattern?
We have many patterns available seperate from our kits. You can find these on the 'Patterns' page. If the pattern you're looking for isn't there, it is not currently available to purchase.
