Welcome to the Gathered Sweater Project

Over the years we've all gathered beautiful little leftovers. Half a skein from a favourite shawl. A ball of alpaca that deserved better. A few metres of mohair that were simply too lovely to throw away.

This project is about gathering them all together into one completely unique sweater.

Different fibres
Different textures
Different memories

No rules.
Just colour, creativity and the joy of giving every precious metre a second life.

This isn't just a pattern—it's a shared project.

We'll be knitting together over three weeks, with the pattern released in stages as we go starting from July 31st. You will be able to view the pattern details here and download a section each week.

Week 1: Cast on, yoke and divide for sleeves.
Week 2: Knit the body.
Week 3: Finish the sleeves and add your own personal touches.

It gives everyone a chance to knit alongside each other, celebrate each stage, and watch every sweater become completely unique.
