Jeny's stretchy bind off is an easy but important technique for when you need a nice stretchy finish. Perfect for necklines on sweaters, cowls etc.
1. Knit the first stitch.
2. Do a backwards yarn over (bring your yarn from the front of your work, over the right needle to the back of your work).
3. Knit the next stitch.
4. Pass the back two stitches over the front stitch.
5. Repeat steps 2 to 4.
