Knitted in our exceptionally soft Sami Baby Alpaca, this blanket feels light, warm and gentle against delicate skin. The pattern has enough detail to keep the knitting interesting, while its soothing rhythm makes it a lovely project to settle into.

Perfectly sized for a bassinette, pram or car seat, it’s a thoughtful handmade gift that can be treasured long after those tiny baby days have passed.

Your kit will arrive carefully packaged with everything you need to knit your blanket.

About the yarn

Sami is our own 100% Baby Alpaca yarn, created especially for Unravelled. Beautifully soft, warm and lightweight, it gives this blanket a luxurious feel without being heavy.

Each 50g ball contains 112 metres of DK/8ply yarn.

    Such a precious keepsake

    Number 3 done, now I'm ready for the fourth. These babies keep coming. It's an easy knit, and now I'm very used to the stitches, I barely need to follow the pattern. Such a pleasure to knit and to give to precious family.

    Dance on the Breeze.

    The second one I've made. Perfect for the neice's and nephew's new little ones that are sure to keep coming along now. An easy knit, but definitely need to keep track of the row you're on. The one that also had silk in the alpaca was so much softer than the alpaca alone. Good fun.
