Earth Sea Sky is a show-stopper piece that you will love to wear as much as you love to knit it - the stitch work is easy so you will find a nice rhythm and want to have it on repeat!
It's and easy knit if you are new to knitting or for the more advanced knitters, each section is designed to be interchanged should you feel the need to add more stripe or lace sections.
Knitted on circulars back and forth, it can also be knitted on straight needles but circulars make it easier with the final stitch count of 192.
ABOUT THE YARN
Heather Weir hand-dyed yarns are used in the Corrode colourway and that is shown in the main photo.
This curated selection is made up of 2 different hand-dyed (in NZ) silk merino yarns in deep, earthy shades and one luxurious linen yarn (oatmeal).
The hand-dyed yarn is a blend of 50% fine Merino and 50% pure Mulberry silk. It is unbelievable soft and smooth and such a delight to knit!
The luxurious linen is 40% linen, 40% silk, 10% super fine baby alpaca and 10% super fine merino.
These yarns are 4ply and light weight so they knit up beautifully creating the perfect layer to your wardrobe.
